The Bangkok and Chiang Mai International School Education Fairs and Gateway events are private events, arranged and managed by TASA Co. Ltd. All individuals are permitted entrance and attendance as visitors to the events under the condition that they follow the Terms and Conditions of attendance.

Visitors that violate attendance terms and conditions will be subjected to removal of the event and possible legal action.

Education Fair Terms and Conditions for Visitor Registration

• All visitors are provided entrance to events free of charge.
• Event date and time may be changed or cancelled.
• Event venue and participating organizations may change or be cancelled.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the event area.
• Visitors are strictly prohibited in promoting programs or organizations outside of those registered and attending our events.
• No Agents, vloggers, bloggers or others looking to create content from the event are allowed without approval from event staff. Anyone seen doing so at the fair will be removed from the event immediately. 
• All visitors are required to dress appropriately.
• Walk-in visitors will be permitted entrance, if they have not registered in advance, given space within the event venues. 
• Information completed on the Visitor Registration Pages will not be sold or shared with outside parties.
• Information provided on Visitor Registration page will be shared with schools and other participating organizations in the event.
• Visitor Emails will be used for contact and promotion from participating organizations in the event unless otherwise requested.
• Pictures and videos of all visitors (including children) may or will be used for promotion on our website and social media platforms of our own and possibly participating exhibitors. 
• Inappropriate behavior and actions of visitors will lead to removal from the event.
• In attending the event as a visitor an agreement of these above terms is accepted.
