Welcome to the Information and Registration Page for the 2025 Bangkok International School Gateway Event!
We’re excited to invite you to this year’s Gateway Event, which will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at the InterContinental Hotel, Ploenchit.
Unlike our previous education fairs, this October’s event will have a different format. While "fairs" typically include music, stage performances, and presentations, the Gateway Event is designed to offer a quieter, more focused environment. We plan to host our next full-scale fair in March 2025.
What makes the Gateway Event different?
This event is all about providing families with direct access to information about school options and pathways for their children. There will be no performances or live presentations to ensure that parents can fully engage in meaningful conversations with school representatives.
Instead of a printed event brochure, visitors will receive a simple floorplan with school booth listings upon entry. This layout is designed to help families easily navigate the event and connect with participating schools.
The March, 2025 education fair was a huge success, attracting over 1,150 registered families!
Check out highlights from that event here: Fair 2025 Highlights Video
To improve the event experience, we’ve reduced the number of booths in the main ballroom (the one with the stage), allowing for a more spacious and comfortable setup than last year.
Schools may drop off items from 2:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday, the 17th of October, 2025. Meeting room space on the first floor of the hotel lobby will be available for dropping off items and storage for the following day. We recommend dropping off items on this day due to busy loading dock and service elevators for the movement of booth material on the morning before the event.
If function room space on the 4th floor (the level the event will be held) become available, we will let participating schools know.
Set Up will begin at 6am on the morning of the event (the 18th of October).

There is roughly one meter between each booth. Each booth is provided with four chairs (two for each side).
Booth Space size is 3x3 meters total.
Back Drops - Maximum height and width is 3x3 meters per booth.

The floor plan and schedules below will be updated daily. This means that when a school registers, any open spot is available to them. In the scenario that they choose a spot that has already been taken by another school, they will get first choice on a new time slot until the schedule is full.

Siri is a Burmese-speaking influencer from Bangkok and an alumna of an international school in Thailand. She is fluent in Thai, English, and Central Burmese. Known for her lively and engaging style, Siri creates fun, lighthearted videos that resonate with students and audiences alike. Starting at 9:00 a.m., she will be interviewing Burmese-speaking students at school booths, with the videos later shared across her social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Her content primarily reaches a wealthy Burmese-speaking audience, many of whom are currently based in Thailand or living in Myanmar with plans to relocate to Thailand in the future.

The School Stories & Student Success Session will take place from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and will be led by Poon from School Track Channel, along with a current Chulalongkorn University medical student and top graduate of an international school in Bangkok. During the session, they will conduct interviews with students in either English or Thai, depending on each student’s comfort level—those who speak only one of the two languages are fully welcome to participate.
Content from these interviews will later be featured on our official social media platforms and as a live stream video on School Track Channel's social media platforms.

Max, a Chinese influencer in education will be interviewing Chinese speaking students, school admissions staff, administrators and teachers starting from 2pm. She will be making her way around the ballroom speaking to people at their booths. Interviews will relate to schools, admissions procedures, etc.
