2025 Chiang mai education fair registration page

Welcome to the Chiang Mai 2025 Education Fair School Registration page. This page contains all the materials, links and information you need to know about our event and how to register.


At the bottom of the page, please find a link to our registration form. 


Entering its fifth year, The Chiang Mai 2025 International School Education Fair is expected to have over 500 registered families who will attend the event. In 2024, our event was incredibly successful. Please click the link below to see the highlight video of the 2024 event!

The 2025 fair will be bigger and better than the last, with new special items including a student talent show with performances using a real grand piano, special activity zones where schools can introduce their teachers, and extra focus given to programs and the unique offerings you and your schools can offer. Additionally, international university programs are also welcome to participate, providing visitor families with an even clearer connection of international educational options from nursery school through university!


Registration will open at 9am on Monday, the 7th of October for Returning Schools.


Registration for new schools will be available from 9am on Monday, the 14th of October.

terms and conditions

  • This event is an education fair for International Schools, International University Programs and schools with bilingual programs. The event’s main objective is to provide families interested in bilingual and international school education an opportunity to learn more about the options, programs and schools that are available to them in their area. 
  • The event is hosted by Thailand Academic Study Associates.
  • All International schools and schools with bilingual programs are invited to participate.
  • Set up begins at 7:00am on the day of the event.
  • Event doors open to the public at 9:00am.
  • Event finishes at 5:00pm.
  • The event may be changed, postponed or cancelled in the case of unforeseen circumstances. Participation fee will be refunded in the event of complete cancellation, however the fee will not be refunded in the event of any change of date or postponement of the event.
  • A booth with one table and four chairs will be provided for each registered school. 
  • Drinking water, coffee and tea are included in the participation fee for all events for attending school booth staff.
  • Visitor registration information will be shared with all participating schools. This information includes the visitor's email address and nationality. Visitors have the option to opt-out of having their information shared, and in this case the information of that visitor will not be provided. 
  • No refunds of the participation fees will be provided if a school cancels their participation event after their fee has been received.
  • No payment is required at time of registration. Invoices for participation are sent out within a month of booking with a payment deadline for invoices normally one month from the invoice issue date. Payment deadline requirements may differ if shortly before the event date.
  • Event staff will have professional photographers hired for the event. Photos taken of school booths, student performances, school presentations and visitors will be shared with participating schools. These images may also be used for social media posts, website material and other promotional material to promote this and future events. We ensure that any image that could possibly present an individual or school in a negative way will not be used or shared.
  • Those first to register get first choice of booth(s) selection, school presentation time and student talent show performance time slot. These options are provided upon registration. It's best to act fast to avoid opportunities becoming fully booked!
  • Registered schools cannot transfer their booth and registration to any other school, individual or organization.
  • Participating schools will not hold the host company (Thailand Academic Study Associates), or any event staff or venue (the InterContinental Hotel) liable or responsible for any lost or stolen items, injury or death to any attending student, school staff, or school visitor.


Booth Size and dimensions

 The table is 180cm in width and 90cm deep. The table sets the size of the booth, with roughly one meter between each booth. Each booth includes four chairs (two for each side).

Schools who select the Prestige Package will have access to our new Activity & Exhibition Zones! 

These two zones are at the end of the ballroom foyer and measure 8 X 8 meters. Each Prestige Package school receives at least one 2-hour block of time for an activity zone. This is selected upon time of registration (if available). 

Use of Zones

What can Prestige Package Schools do with the zones? Pretty much anything you would like! Recommendations include:

  • Fun Activities that showcase your school 
  • Demonstration lessons that showcase your wonderful teachers
  • Entrance exams for interested students and families
  • Presentations on everything great about your school

What is included in each Zone?

The area of the zones will be custom set for each Prestige Package School. Tables and chairs will be provided (only upon request). Hotel partitions and event signage will be used to show and encourage visiting families to visit these zones.

How will Visitor Families know about the Activity & Exhibition Zones?

Special social media posts of each school's time and activity in the zone will be published to our website, and promoted on social media. You pick the theme and what you would like to do in the zone, we will promote it. 


All visitors will be informed of the zones upon entrance to the event, and will be provided with a schedule of what schools will be doing what activity or presentation in the zones throughout the course of the fair.

MELODY IN MOTION - Student talent show, 2025

Melody in Motion

 The student talent shows for the Chiang Mai 2025 Education Fair will be a little different than previous years. The name of the talent show this year is "Melody in Motion", with a focus on using the real grand piano that will be on stage. 


As a result, students who sign up for the talent show must perform using the piano, singing on stage (with microphones) or dance (all styles). Acoustic instruments are also allowed, but will not be amplified. 

Allowed Items for Student Talent Show

  • Piano - The grand piano will be placed mid-stage for the show. 
  • Singing - We will have up to three hand-held microphones for singing.
  • Dancing - Student Dancers are also allowed.
  • Acoustic and other non-amplified Instruments - Acoustic guitars, violins, etc. are allowed, but will not be amplified with speakers.

Restricted Items for Student Talent Show

  • Backing tracks - No background audio or backing tracks are allowed
  • Amplified instruments - No amplified instruments are allowed, including electric guitars, keyboards, or any other instrument that needs set up, connection or amplification. 
  • Non-related performance - No performers other than dancers are allowed (for example, magic, party tricks, theatre, acting etc) 
  • Piano amplification - No additional amplification of the piano is allowed.

FAQs for Student Talent Show

- Can a teacher or older student play the piano with younger student performers?  Yes, this is fine, so long as that the emphasis of the performance is on the student performers of the age group of the show.

- How long are the time show slots? - Each slot is five minutes. 

-  How much time do performers get to set up? -  There is no pre-set up time allocated. Due to tight time constraints, a performing group or individual will only have five minutes to get on stage and prepare to perform (this is timed with a red clock on the side of the stage).

- Is the show judged? -  No, this year the show will not be judged. This is a fun and non-competitive talent show. 

- What do students receive?  All performing student groups receive a certificate.  

- What kind of piano will be arranged for the event? This will be confirmed in the next few months.

22,500 (excluding 7% tax)

The standard package includes:

  • One booth at the event
  • One 10 minute stage time slot (if schedule still available / open)

  • All visitor info, including contact info for visitors that allow, provided after the event (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared)
  • A listing (with link to your school or social media of choice) on our website.
  • Professional photos of your school's participation in the program. 
  • One post of your school's participation in the event on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Lunch provided for two people. 


Deluxe Package: 

38,500 (excluding 7% tax)

The Deluxe Package includes:

  • Two booths at the event
  • One 10 minute stage time slot (if schedule still available / open)
  • Two pages in the brochure (see fair brochure mock-up page)
  • All visitor info, including contact info for visitors that allow, provided after the event (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared)
  • Two social media posts highlighting your school, boosted on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Professional photos of your school's participation in the program. 
  • One post of your school's participation in the event on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • One spot in the special 2025 Talent Show (only if space is still available at time of registration).
  • Lunch provided for four people. 

 

Elite Package: 

51,500 (excluding 7% tax)

The Elite Package includes:

  • Three booths at the event
  • One 10 minute premium stage time slots (if schedule still available / open)
  • Three pages in the brochure (see fair brochure mock-up page)
  • All visitor info, including contact info for visitors that allow, provided after the event (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared)
  • All visitor info of pre-registered visitors provided one week before the event day (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared). Roughly half of all visitor families register before the event. This will allow these schools to email these families directly before the fair. 
  • Three social media posts highlighting your school, boosted on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Professional photos of your school's participation in the program. 
  • One or more spots in the special 2025 Talent Show (only if space is still available at time of registration).
  • Lunch provided for six people. 

 

Prestige Package:  

63,500 (excluding 7% tax)

The Prestige Package includes:

  • Four booths at the event
  • Two premium 10 minute stage time slots (if schedule still available / open)
  • Four pages in the brochure (see fair brochure mock-up page)
  • All visitor info, including contact info for visitors that allow, provided after the event (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared)
  • All visitor info of pre-registered visitors provided one week before the event day (only visitor contact info of visitors that wish to be contacted will be shared). Roughly half of all visitor families register before the event. This will allow these schools to email these families directly before the fair. 
  • Three pinned social media posts highlighting your school, boosted on our Facebook and Instagram platforms. (each post will be pinned for one day)
  • Professional photos of your school's participation in the program. 
  • One or more spots in the special 2025 Talent Show (only if space is still available at time of registration).
  • 2 hour time slot for the Activity Zone Area (only if space is still available at time of registration).
  • Lunch provided for eight people. 

First Booked / First Served

Booth locations, talent show participation and activity zone bookings operate on a first come, first serve basis. 


The floor plan and schedules below will be updated daily. This means that when a school registers, any open spot is available to them. In the scenario that they choose a spot that has already been taken by another school, they will get first choice on a new time slot until the schedule is full. 


Registration will open at 9am on Monday, the 7th of October for Returning Schools.
