Welcome to the Chiang Mai 2026 Education Fair – School Registration Page
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Chiang Mai 2026 International School Education Fair. This page provides all the essential information, materials, and links you’ll need to learn more about the event and complete your registration.
You’ll find the school registration form linked at the bottom of this page.
The 2026 fair is expected to welcome over 700 registered families, making it one of the largest education events in Northern Thailand.
Registration will open at 9am on Monday, the 10th of November for Returning Schools.
Registration for new schools will be available from 9am on Monday, the 17th of November.

Booth Specifications
Each booth measures 3 x 3 meters and includes a table (180 cm wide x 90 cm deep).
To ensure clarity regarding booth boundaries, the 2026 fair will feature clearly marked floor tape outlining the exact dimensions of each booth.
Each booth includes four chairs — two on each side — to accommodate school representatives and visiting families comfortably.

Selected participating schools are invited to contribute play equipment for the Play Zone, located in the Grand Ballroom.
If your school would like to bring equipment for this area, please inform our team in advance so we can coordinate the setup and ensure adequate space and safety arrangements.

At the recent Chiang Mai Gateway Fair, we hosted an engaging session featuring interviews with high-achieving secondary students. A highlight video from that event is currently in production. In the meantime, you can view a similar session held in Bangkok here:
Watch the Bangkok Interview Session
For the upcoming Chiang Mai Fair, we’re excited to introduce a special video segment titled “Little Stars – Big Dreams.” This session will spotlight younger students, from Kindergarten to Lower Primary, in a light-hearted and inspiring interview format. Students will be asked a few simple questions such as their name, school, grade level, favorite things about their school, and what they want to be when they grow up.
To celebrate their participation, the students will also perform a group song on stage. Full details about the song and session arrangements will be shared in the coming weeks. The song and video will be conducted in the morning (around 9am).
A shared registration spreadsheet will be sent out after school registration for those wishing to take part in the “Little Stars – Big Dreams” session.

A special closed-door session will be held exclusively for Chiang Mai school leaders from attending schools at the fair—including directors, principals, level heads, and managers. This session will feature a special guest presenter: Mr. Bruce Grindlay, Head of School at Rugby School Thailand!
The session, titled “Bridging the Gap: Engaging Parents Effectively,” will take place at 3:00 PM on the day of the fair, in a meeting room located one floor below the main event space. It will begin with a presentation by Mr. Bruce, followed by an open discussion and networking opportunity for school leaders.
Schools are welcome to register as many administratos as they wish—the more, the merrier! We are thrilled to have Mr. Bruce join us for this special presentation and school leadership networking session.
A shared registration sheet will be provided to schools after the new year for school leaders that would like to attend.
- Can a teacher or older student play the piano with younger student performers? Yes, this is fine, so long as that the emphasis of the performance is on the student performers of the age group of the show.
- How long are the time show slots? - Each slot is five minutes.
- How much time do performers get to set up? - There is no pre-set up time allocated. Due to tight time constraints, a performing group or individual will only have five minutes to get on stage and prepare to perform (this is timed with a red clock on the side of the stage).
- Is the show judged? - No, this year the show will not be judged. This is a fun and non-competitive talent show.
- What do students receive? All performing student groups receive a certificate.
- What kind of piano will be arranged for the event? This will be confirmed in the next few months.
