The Bangkok International School Education Fair, 2025 will be held at on the entire 4th floor of the InterContinental Hotel, Ploenchit.
Saturday, the 22nd of March, 2025
Event is open to the public from 9am to 5pm.

Below is the full floor plan for the event. In an effort to make the event a bit more spacious, we have reduced the number of booths in the main ballroom (the room with the stage), as last year the booths were a bit too tight.
Registration will open at 9am on Wednesday, the 9th of October for Returning Schools.
Registration for new schools will be available from 9am on Wednesday, the 16th of October.
Schools may drop off items from 2:00pm - 8:00pm on Friday, the 21st of March. Meeting room space near the loading dock will be available for dropping off items and storage for the following day. We recommend dropping off items on this day due to busy loading dock and service elevators for the movement of booth material on the morning before the event.
Set Up will begin at 6am on the morning of the event (the 22nd of March).
There is roughly one meter between each booth. Each booth is provided with four chairs (two for each side).
Booth Space size is 3x3 meters total.
Back Drops - Maximum height and width is 3x3 meters per booth.

Schools who select the Prestige Package will have access to our new Exhibition & Activity Rooms!
These two rooms are located between booth zones A and B. Each Prestige Package school receives at least one 2-hour block of time for the Exhibition and Activity Rooms. This is selected upon time of registration (if available).
*Please know that schools will need to be out of the room promptly at the scheduled time, so the next school will be able to quickly set up and use their time in the space accordingly.
What can Prestige Package Schools do with the rooms? Pretty much anything you would like. Recommendations are:
The area of the rooms will be custom set for each Prestige Package School. Tables and chairs will be provided (if requested) by the school. Projector and screen can also be provided, if requested.

Special social media posts of each school's time and activity in the zone will be published to our website, and promoted on social media. You pick the theme and what you would like to do in the room, we will promote it.
All visitors will be informed of the rooms upon entrance to the event, and will be provided with a schedule of what schools will be doing what activity or presentation in the rooms throughout the course of the fair.
Two hour blocks of time will be provided to each Prestige Package School (given availability). Schedule of time for use is below.

The student talent shows for the 2025 fairs will be a bit different then previous years. The name of the talent show this year is "Melody in Motion". A real grand piano will be on the stage. Students will perform ONLY with using the piano, singing (with a microphone) and with dance. More below. The exact model of piano will be confirmed at a later time.
- Can a teacher or older student play the piano with younger student performers? Yes, this is fine, so long as that the emphasis of the performance is on the student performers of the age group of the show.
- How long are the time show slots? - Each slot is five minutes.
- How much to set up time is there for the stage for each performance? - There is no set up time. Due to tight time constraints, a performing group only has five minutes. This is timed with a red clock on the side of the stage.
- Is the show judged? - Yes, a panel of judges will provide scores to each performance. Students with highest marks will get trophies!
- What do students receive? All performing student groups receive a certificate.
- What kind of piano is it? - a Yamaha C3

Fees for School Participation:
Standard Package - 28,500 (excluding 7% tax)
This includes:
* One booth at the event

* One boosted post of your school's participation in the event on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
Deluxe Package - 49,500 (excluding 7% tax)
This includes:
* Two Booths at the event
* One 10 minute stage time slot (if schedule still available / open).
* Two pages in fair brochure (see fair brochure mock-up page below)
* Pre-Registered Visitor Info One Week before the event day. Roughly half of all visitor families register before the event. Two booth schools will be provided with this info starting one week prior to the event day. This will allow these schools to email these families directly before the fair!
* All visitor info (including contact info for visitors that allow)
* Two Social Media Posts, highlighting your school boosted on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
* Professional photos of your school's participation in the program.
* At least one spot in Special Student Talent Show (if available at time of registration).
Prestige Package - 68,500 (excluding 7% tax)
This Includes:
* Three Booths at the event
* One premium time, 10 minute stage time slot (if schedule still available / open).
* Four pages in fair brochure, (2 two page lay-outs) *see fair brochure mock-up page below
* Pre-Registered Visitor Info One Week before the event day. Roughly half of all visitor families register before the event. Two booth schools will be provided with this info starting one week prior to the event day. This will allow these schools to email these families directly before the fair!
* All visitor info (including contact info for visitors that allow)
* Three Social Media Posts, highlighting your school boosted on our Facebook and Instagram platforms.
* Professional photos of your school's participation in the program.
* At least one spot in Special Student Talent Show (if available at time of registration)
* One 2 Hour block of time to use in one of the new special Exhibition and Activity rooms (if available at time of registration)
Booth locations, talent show participation and activity zone bookings operate on a first come, first serve basis.
The floor plan and schedules below will be updated daily. This means that when a school registers, any open spot is available to them. In the scenario that they choose a spot that has already been taken by another school, they will get first choice on a new time slot until the schedule is full.
