Visitor Registration Terms and Conditions

Education Fair terms and conditions for Visitor Registration

• All visitors are provided entrance to events free of charge.
• Event date and time may be changed or cancelled.
• Food and drink are not permitted in the event area.
• Visitors are strictly prohibited in promoting programs or organizations outside of those registered and attending our events.
• No Agents, vloggers, bloggers or others looking to create content from the event are allowed without approval from event staff. Anyone seen doing so at the fair will be removed from the event.
• All visitors are required to dress appropriately for the event.
• Walk-in visitors will be permitted entrance, if they have not registered in advance, given space within the event venues. 
• Information completed on the Visitor Registration Pages will not be sold or shared with outside parties.
• Information provided on Visitor Registration page will be shared with schools and other participating organizations in the event.
• Visitor Emails will possibly be used for contact and promotion from participating organizations in the event unless otherwise requested.
